At Adam’s Exotic Birds, your satisfaction and the well-being of our birds are our top priorities. Please review our refund and returns policy below:


Live Birds

  • Refunds: Due to the delicate nature of live animals, we do not offer refunds for birds once they leave our facility.
  • Replacements: If your bird arrives in poor health or is incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We will work with you to provide a suitable replacement or solution.
  • Conditions: Replacements are subject to our team verifying the claim and ensuring proper care instructions were followed.

Bird Supplies (Cages, Food, Toys, etc.)

  • Returns: Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made items and perishable goods like bird food cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim

  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos/videos for claims related to live birds or damaged items.
  3. Follow Instructions: We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for birds or items purchased from unauthorized sellers.
